Welcome 2013 Candidates
Before each weeks class you will be able to view the upcoming weeks
workouts and activities here. There will also be information about your
coursework and details of anything else important you need to be aware
of related to your fitness related subjects. This page will be updated
at the very least on a weekly basis so make sure you check back
frequently to keep up to date. You will enjoy the classes but at times
it will require effort and work for you to progress but dont be
intimidated by that, the workouts and activities will be scaled to meet
your level of fitness. You will get out what you put in and you may just
surprise yourself what you are capable of. Good luck...........
